Thursday at The Oxley said most of it. Burly already carries a quiet kind of weight, the gin sits where the right venues pour it, the bar fills, the brand is recognised without ever raising its voice. This document is a way to keep that, and to put more of it in front of more people.

LOVR owns the social rhythm and the publishing cadence. Burly contributes UGC and short clips from inside the venue. We integrate, schedule, and ship.

Narrative films that close the gap between the gin and the destination.

Thursday surfaced the actual gap, the storytelling around getting people TO Burly, not just product or space cutaways. Tier 03 closes it. A character moving through the full Burly experience, day into night, in films that earn the brand its room.

A Separate Workstream

The venue layer.

Right now, the way Burly lands a new venue is one phone call at a time. The bottle is already in the right rooms, Langham, Calile, Crew Bar, Any Day Group, the proof points are real. What is missing is a way to put that proof in front of every other room of that calibre, at once, on a rhythm.

This piece runs alongside whichever tier sits in front of it. It is not a replacement for the content side, it is the engine behind it.

Trading · Terms

The shape of it.

Trading

Fees exclude GST. Standard terms run fifty percent upfront and fifty percent on delivery for the one-time scopes, monthly invoicing for the retainers. Photography and cinematography fees are payable at the locked rate before the shoot is booked.

Paid media

Any ad spend tied to the Venue Layer is client-managed and sits outside the engagement fee. We set the audiences, write the creative, and read the numbers back to you. The spend itself runs through your account.

Third parties

Print, EDM platform fees, podcast hire, and any external production sit outside the engagement fee. We surface preferred vendors for your approval before anything is booked.

Continuity

Trading terms mirror the 26 March engagement so the bookkeeping side does not have to relearn anything.
